Ans: After registering with our matrimony you will be getting a verification mail to your mail id that you registered with. Click on the link to verify your mail. If you have verified your mail then you have to wait for the admin approval of your profile.

02.Q : How do I know that my profile is approved ?

Ans: You will be getting a notification mail if admin approves your profile.

03.Q : How do I get my User ID and Password of my profile?

Ans: Login with your registered email and password and your profile id will be in your profile.

04.Q : What information can other members view from my profile?

Ans: All members can view your basic information. Premium members can view all your profile information. if you are protected your images then others have to sent photo request to see your photos .

05.Q : How do I create my complete profile ?

Ans: You have to login with your account and Click on the edit profile button to create complete profile.

06.Q : How can I make changes on my profile ?

Ans: At any time, you can update your profile by clicking edit profile button in your profile

07.Q : What are the conditions for uploading my photos and How ?

Ans: Click on images button in your profile and add your photos. Maximum 6 number of images can be uploaded . photos will be visible to those who sent photo requests

08.Q : How Can I Search Profiles and contact them ?

Ans: Anyone can search the profiles in our matrimony. only premium members can view the contact details of the persons.
